| Bio: | This is a journal for a fictional character in a RPG. Teyla is a native from a planet called Athos in the Pegasus galaxy. She is befriended by John Sheppard and when the Athosians are once again attacked by the Wraith she and her people end up evacuating to the City of the Ancestors. Joining forces with the Atlantis Expedition, she feels it is where lies their best chance to fight and eventually beat the Wraith. Teyla is strong and has good instincts. She's both a natural leader and diplomat with impressive fighting skills. She is wary of strangers and prudent, but she is also fair and open-minded. A warrior and a leader of her people, it is an agonising choice for her to stay on Atlantis when her people elect to take residence on the mainland of Lantea. But she feels her place for now is with Sheppard and the team, serving as liaison and guide in the fight against the Wraith as well as forging new alliances. Teyla can also offer a tactical advantage in some situations due to her Wraith DNA. Her ability to sense the Wraith and her telepathic link with them have proven to be a two-edged sword.
